An expanded organic social content and community-support program.
This page describes a proposed service schedule. It is not a signed agreement. Exact quantities, deliverable specifications, pricing, revisions, approval windows and service terms become binding only when incorporated into a mutually signed proposal or contract.
01 / Package purpose
Consistent multi-channel presence. An expanded organic social content and community-support program. Work is planned around the client's business objectives, selected channels, available access and agreed timeline.
02 / Included services and deliverables
- 24 unique content pieces per month for up to four selected platforms.
- Up to four edited short-form videos, within the 24-piece total.
- Monthly content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Brand-aligned visual templates, captions and publishing.
- Basic community moderation during agreed business hours and one monthly analytics report.
- Coordination on paid campaigns; campaign setup or active management requires separate written confirmation.
All allocations refer to a calendar month unless a signed agreement defines a different billing period. Any unused monthly allocation does not automatically roll over.
03 / Deliverables and acceptance
| Item | Proposed approach |
|---|---|
| Planning | Monthly priorities and a content or delivery plan |
| Production | Deliverables within the written scope and quantity limits |
| Review | Client approval before publishing where required |
| Reporting | Regular performance review at the agreed frequency |
| Change requests | Additional work assessed and quoted separately |
04 / Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate brand guidelines, assets, necessary permissions and timely access to accounts.
- Supply legal approvals for claims, offers, licensed content, personal data use and regulated products.
- Designate a decision maker to review proposed materials and communicate consolidated feedback.
- Pay approved media and vendor budgets as set out in the signed commercial schedule.
05 / Scope boundaries and exclusions
- Paid advertising budgets, complex motion graphics, travel and photography shoots are not automatically included.
Services not expressly listed in the signed statement of work are excluded, even if DAN offers them elsewhere on the website.
06 / Pricing, market and billing
Displayed market-specific prices are indicative starting points, not automatically binding quotations. The final monthly service fee, currency, taxes, third-party costs, invoicing schedule, payment deadlines and approved advertising spend must be stated in the signed agreement.
The country selector is a commercial planning aid and does not determine tax residence or applicable law.
06A / Minimum six-month commitment
The standard initial service term is six (6) consecutive months, beginning on the commencement date specified in the signed agreement. The first six months constitute a minimum contractual commitment and are not a month-to-month trial. Renewal terms, any extension, and the notice required to prevent renewal must be stated in the signed agreement.
The monthly service fee covers reserved production capacity, onboarding, strategy, research, planning, coordination, account setup, creative preparation and recurring execution. Preparation and resource allocation may begin before the first publication or campaign goes live. A delay caused by missing client assets or approvals does not automatically shorten the agreed minimum term.
Any different start date, pilot arrangement, minimum term or cancellation right must be expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
06B / Advance payment and local business days
The monthly service fee is payable in advance and must be received no later than the first (1st) calendar day of the service month. If the first day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official public/bank holiday in the country designated for billing in the signed agreement, payment is due on the immediately preceding business day in that country. If that preceding day is also non-working, the due date moves back to the last preceding business day.
The designated billing country, applicable holiday calendar, invoice currency, bank account, accepted payment method and time zone must be identified in the signed agreement. A market selected on this website does not by itself establish the billing country or governing law. Clients are responsible for initiating transfers sufficiently early for cleared funds to arrive by the due date; transfer fees, exchange charges and tax treatment must be specified in the contract.
If payment is late, DAN may issue a notice and, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law, pause future work or scheduling until overdue sums are received. A pause does not automatically waive accrued fees or extend the agreed service term.
06C / Early termination, preparation costs and refunds
Because substantial work is performed during onboarding and the initial planning phase—including discovery, market and competitor research, account audits, strategic architecture, editorial planning, resource booking, creative concepts and technical preparation—the commercial proposal is based on a minimum six-month commitment.
If the client elects to stop the engagement before the end of the minimum term for convenience, amounts already paid for completed work, preparatory work, reserved resources and non-cancellable third-party commitments are intended to be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the signed agreement. An early exit does not automatically entitle the client to a pro-rata refund simply because fewer posts or campaigns were published.
Any fees for the remaining minimum term, early-termination charges, credits or reimbursement of prepaid but unperformed services must be expressly and transparently defined in the signed agreement and remain subject to applicable consumer-protection, contract and mandatory refund laws. This policy does not remove statutory rights or rights arising from DAN’s material breach, failure to provide agreed services, or other legally required remedies.
To request termination, the client must provide written notice to the contract-designated contact. DAN will document the work completed, work in progress, committed third-party expenses, account handover and any legally required reconciliation. Advertising spend held by third-party platforms and unused vendor balances are handled according to their terms and applicable law.
07 / Contract-ready scope schedule and acceptance
Scope baseline: 24 unique items; up to four social channels; up to four short edited videos within the 24 items.
Delivery approach: Content calendar, basic community moderation during agreed hours, monthly report.
Not included by default: Paid campaign management unless separately signed; filming, media spend, extensive customer service and extra languages.
Schedule A — information to complete before signature
- Legal names of the contracting parties, registered addresses, authorized signatories, client billing country and governing jurisdiction.
- Chosen package, selected markets, languages, platforms and account identifiers; start date, first six-month end date and renewal/notice terms.
- Exact monthly fee, currency, applicable taxes, whether media and third-party costs are included, approved monthly spend caps and who owns each advertising account.
- Named deliverables and monthly quantities; file formats, length/complexity of videos, production locations, editorial calendar, milestone dates and reporting frequency.
- Included revision rounds, approval contact, client response deadline, acceptance criteria and procedure for rejected or non-conforming deliverables.
- Designated billing-country holiday calendar and time zone; bank details and receipt-of-funds deadline; service suspension notice and cure period for overdue payment.
- Account access, confidentiality, privacy/data processing, intellectual property handover, licensing of source files and third-party assets.
- Early-termination notice, demonstrable preparation and non-cancellable commitments, any agreed remaining-term charge, refunds or credits required by law, and handover arrangements.
Approvals and change control
DAN will submit work to the nominated client representative using the agreed channel. The signed schedule must specify a reasonable review window and revision count. Silence is not automatically acceptance unless an enforceable, expressly agreed acceptance procedure says so. Additional deliverables, platforms, territories or production complexity require a written change order stating scope, price and timing before work begins.
Six-month fee illustration
The initial commitment is six consecutive service months. The minimum aggregate service-fee commitment is calculated as the signed monthly fee × 6, excluding taxes and separately approved third-party costs, subject to any lawful cancellation, breach or refund rights. Displayed website starting prices are indicative and must not be treated as an invoice or binding quote.
Payment timing example
For a service month beginning on the first day of a month, cleared payment is due no later than that day; if it is a weekend or public/bank holiday in the contractually designated billing country, the deadline is the last preceding working day there. The parties must specify the official holiday calendar, banking cut-off time and time zone. Local mandatory payment rules prevail.
Early termination and preparation investment
Initial discovery, audits, research, planning, creative development, resource reservation and setup may be substantial before publication. Amounts properly attributable to performed work and non-cancellable, authorized commitments may be retained only as permitted by the signed contract and applicable law. A blanket prohibition on all refunds, charges for unperformed services, or mandatory remaining-term payments is not presumed enforceable in every jurisdiction. Claims arising from DAN's material breach or mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contract formation: This page is an explanatory service specification, not a self-executing contract. A mutually executed Master Services Agreement and signed, dated Statement of Work / Schedule A control. In a conflict, mandatory law prevails, then the executed documents according to their stated order of precedence.
08 / Timeline, revisions and change control
Onboarding, first delivery dates, revision limits, response times, reporting dates and any service-level commitments must be defined in the signed statement of work. Requests outside agreed quantities, languages, territories or production complexity require a written change order.
09 / Intellectual property, confidentiality and data
Ownership and licensing of completed work, third-party assets, software, accounts and raw production files are governed by the signed contract. Both parties should agree confidentiality obligations and the applicable privacy and data-processing requirements before exchanging sensitive information.
10 / Performance and cancellation
The initial commitment, advance-payment deadline, early termination procedure, treatment of preparation costs and any refund limitations are described in sections 06A–06C above. The executed contract and mandatory local law govern any dispute or exception.
Contracting entity and agreement consistency
Who provides DAN services
Services marketed under DAN (Digital Advertising Network) are offered by GAMA Marketing Agency LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States. DAN is used as a trade/brand name; this statement does not represent that a separate DBA registration has been independently verified.
Business mailing address: 2055 Limestone Rd STE 200C, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. This address is for business identification and correspondence, not a representation of a staffed office.
Consistent commercial terms for marketing packages
Minimum term: six consecutive service months unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Payment: monthly in advance, due before the first calendar day of the service month; if the first falls on a weekend or applicable public/bank holiday in the contractually designated billing jurisdiction, the due date is the immediately preceding business day. The signed agreement must identify that jurisdiction and payment method.
Early termination: substantial strategy, onboarding, production planning and reserved capacity can be incurred at the outset. Amounts attributable to services performed, documented preparation, and valid non-cancellable third-party commitments may be retained or charged as permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law. No provision eliminates mandatory statutory cancellation, refund or remedy rights; disputed or undelivered services are reviewed individually. Any remaining-term charges must be expressly agreed and legally enforceable.
Contract documents: a signed Master Services Agreement (if used), signed order or proposal, and the package-specific Schedule A specify the exact deliverables, quantities, fees, revisions, approval windows, third-party costs, governing law and jurisdiction. If documents conflict, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law. Website descriptions alone are not a signed service agreement.
Payment security: banking instructions are supplied on an authenticated invoice or separately verified payment notice, never by relying on public website content. Do not send funds to changed account details without independent confirmation.
11 / Agreement hierarchy
If there is a difference between this website description and a signed master services agreement, statement of work or written amendment, the signed documents control. Review the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy alongside the final contract.
