Return Policy.
Purpose and scope
This page explains how DAN Marketing Agency handles questions about cancellations, returns, and potential refunds for marketing, creative, consulting, and digital services. It is general website information; the signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement determines the terms of an individual engagement, subject to applicable law.
Nature of our services
Our work may include strategy, research, search optimization, paid advertising management, content production, branding, website design, and ongoing support. Many deliverables are digital, custom-made, or provided progressively rather than shipped as physical products.
Agreements and order of precedence
Before a project begins, the parties should review the scope, milestones, pricing, billing schedule, approval process, and any cancellation provisions. Where a signed agreement addresses a matter differently from this general page, the signed agreement normally controls to the extent permitted by law.
Requests before work begins
If you need to cancel before work starts, contact DAN promptly with your project name and confirmation details. Any payment adjustment depends on the agreement, any preparatory work already performed, non-recoverable commitments, and applicable consumer protections.
Cancellation after work has started
For active engagements, the impact of cancellation depends on completed work, committed resources, approved milestones, and third-party purchases. Request a written summary of progress and the contractual provisions that apply before assuming a specific refund amount.
Ongoing and recurring services
Monthly or recurring marketing services may include planning, monitoring, content calendars, reporting, and reserved team capacity. Notice periods, renewal dates, and final billing should be taken from the specific agreement; this page does not impose a universal cancellation deadline.
Project milestones and partial delivery
A project may involve discovery, design concepts, development, revisions, launch, and follow-up. If an engagement ends between milestones, the parties should identify what has been delivered, what remains outstanding, and how the contract addresses partially completed work.
Custom creative and digital deliverables
Custom designs, websites, campaigns, strategies, copy, and other bespoke deliverables may not be returnable in the same manner as unused physical goods. Any remedy for nonconforming work, defects, or unmet specifications depends on the agreed acceptance criteria and applicable law.
Revisions and correction requests
If a deliverable appears inconsistent with the approved brief, report the concern with specific examples and supporting files. The agreed revision rounds, review periods, and remedy process should be consulted before classifying a request as a cancellation or refund.
Advertising budgets and media spend
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as search engines or social networks may be processed by those platforms directly or through agreed billing arrangements. Already-spent media budgets and platform-issued credits are subject to the relevant platform rules and contract; DAN cannot promise recovery of third-party charges.
Domains, hosting, software and external suppliers
Domain registrations, hosting, stock assets, subscriptions, licenses, printing, and other external purchases can have separate cancellation and refund rules. Their providers may impose fees or restrictions, so each item should be reviewed individually.
Deposits and advance payments
Whether an advance payment is refundable, credited against work, or allocated to non-recoverable expenses depends on the written agreement and law. This page does not establish a blanket non-refundable deposit rule.
Pausing or rescheduling a project
Where practical, a client may ask to pause or reschedule work rather than terminate it. The parties should confirm revised deadlines, resource availability, outstanding invoices, and any additional costs in writing.
Service concerns and dispute resolution
We encourage clients to describe concerns as early as possible and provide the relevant brief, approvals, communications, and deliverables. A review can consider whether work was performed as agreed and whether correction, completion, credit, or another lawful resolution is appropriate.
How to request cancellation or refund review
Send a written request to info@dan.directory with your name, business name, project or invoice reference, date of purchase or engagement, requested resolution, and an explanation of the issue. Avoid sending passwords or sensitive payment-card details.
Review and communication
DAN should acknowledge a request and assess the relevant agreement, delivery record, payment information, external charges, and applicable law. No fixed response or payment-processing deadline is promised by this page; any confirmed timeframe should be communicated in writing.
Approved refunds and payment method
Where a refund is approved or legally required, the amount, currency, destination, and timing should be confirmed with the client. Processing times can vary with banks, payment providers, and cross-border transfers. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a payment is disputed, keep copies of invoices, correspondence, deliverables, and the relevant agreement. Clients may have rights through their payment provider or under applicable law; this page does not remove those rights.
Consumer rights and local laws
Mandatory consumer-protection rules may apply depending on the customer, location, type of service, and transaction. If any statement here conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the applicable law prevails.
Changes to this policy
DAN may update the public explanation of its processes. Changes should not retroactively alter rights or obligations already established under an executed agreement unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
Contact
For cancellation, service, or refund questions, contact DAN Marketing Agency at info@dan.directory. Include enough information to identify the engagement, but do not include confidential credentials.

Contracting entity and agreement consistency
Who provides DAN services
Services marketed under DAN (Digital Advertising Network) are offered by GAMA Marketing Agency LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States. DAN is used as a trade/brand name; this statement does not represent that a separate DBA registration has been independently verified.
Business mailing address: 2055 Limestone Rd STE 200C, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. This address is for business identification and correspondence, not a representation of a staffed office.
Consistent commercial terms for marketing packages
Minimum term: six consecutive service months unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Payment: monthly in advance, due before the first calendar day of the service month; if the first falls on a weekend or applicable public/bank holiday in the contractually designated billing jurisdiction, the due date is the immediately preceding business day. The signed agreement must identify that jurisdiction and payment method.
Early termination: substantial strategy, onboarding, production planning and reserved capacity can be incurred at the outset. Amounts attributable to services performed, documented preparation, and valid non-cancellable third-party commitments may be retained or charged as permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law. No provision eliminates mandatory statutory cancellation, refund or remedy rights; disputed or undelivered services are reviewed individually. Any remaining-term charges must be expressly agreed and legally enforceable.
Contract documents: a signed Master Services Agreement (if used), signed order or proposal, and the package-specific Schedule A specify the exact deliverables, quantities, fees, revisions, approval windows, third-party costs, governing law and jurisdiction. If documents conflict, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law. Website descriptions alone are not a signed service agreement.
Payment security: banking instructions are supplied on an authenticated invoice or separately verified payment notice, never by relying on public website content. Do not send funds to changed account details without independent confirmation.
Marketing package contract schedules
Marketing S, M, L, XL, XL Pro and Enterprise 360° are offered subject to a signed six-month minimum service schedule unless a different term is expressly agreed. Monthly service fees are normally paid in advance by the first day of each service month, moved to the last preceding working day when that date is a weekend or recognized bank/public holiday in the billing country named in the agreement.
Advance fees may cover genuine onboarding, research, strategy, resource allocation and services already performed. Refunds, cancellation charges and remaining-term fees are subject to the executed agreement and applicable mandatory law; they do not eliminate remedies for non-performance or material breach. Third-party media, software and supplier commitments must be separately identified.
Each signed Statement of Work should specify the package's actual quantities, fees, channels, approvals, exclusions, billing jurisdiction, holiday calendar and deliverable acceptance process. Compare package scopes.
